This research paper mainly reviews the discussion of how to adapt modern technology and means of communication on musical notes according to the needs of the times, as one of the mechanisms for enhancing the elements of innovation and creativity in developing the cultural artistic cultural heritage of the country with comprehensive economic and social development using international scientific standards as a modern innovative tool that guarantees documenting, making available and exchanging heritage In a safe and technical manner, this is in addition to protecting that Egyptian creativity in accordance with the local laws and legislations and international agreements for the protection of intellectual property rights, emphasizing the musical identity and protecting it from piracy and infringement of the rights of its author, as well as linking it to cultural and cultural development as a kind of promoting the knowledge economy in a legitimate way, Providing and identifying heritage is the best way to preserve the rich side of the culture of the individual and society, and to ensure the continuity of the heritage as a memory for the development of future generations and the development of national innovative skills in the various fields, especially art.
