الملخص EN

The aim of the study was to know the reality of the application of electronic administration in secondary schools in the light of knowledge management processes from the point of view of school principals.

The study used the descriptive method.

The researcher used the questionnaire consisting of (36) paragraphs divided into six axes.

The sample of the study was randomly selected by the study population.

The researcher distributed the questionnaires electronically and legally.

The study sample was 150 persons.

The results of the study showed the following: The estimated individuals of the study of the overall degree of the reality of the application of electronic administration in the light of the knowledge management practices in government high schools.

The results also showed no statistically significant differences between the averages of the sample members of the study sample in the reality of the application of electronic management in the light of knowledge management processes due to gender variable.

The results showed that there were statistically significant differences between the average estimates of the sample of the study sample in the reality of the application of e-management in the light of the knowledge management processes between the categories of experience and for the categories (less than 5 years, 6-10 years) compared to the category of experience (more than 10 years).

In light of the results of the study, the researcher presented a set of recommendations
