Study endeavored to demonstrate the influence of a counseling program based on immunization against stress to improve the level of psychological immunity in a sample of women who were late in childbearing in Karak provinces.

The study samples consisted of (28) women who are late in childbearing.

These samples were randomly split into two groups: experimental and control.

To achieve the study goals, the psychological immunity measure was evolved, and the indicators of truthfulness and consistency of the measure were verified.

Moreover, an indicative program based on stress inoculation was prepared, which consisting of (14) counseling sessions.

The results indicated considerable differences between the experimental and control groups on the psychological immunity measure, where the experimental group averages outperformed the control group.

This indicates the influence of the counseling program.

The results also showed that there were slight and statistically insignificant differences between the performance of the experimental group members during the post-application and follow-up on the psychological immunology scale, and this means that the impact of the counselling program is continued.

This study concluded to a number of recommendations, and the most important one is designing councelling groups to support women who are late in childbearing, so that providing a stable social environment in fertility centers and hospitals.
