الملخص EN

One of the subsets of cutaneous T-cell lymphoma is mycosis fungoides.

Hypo pigmented mycosis fungoides is a variant of mycosis fungoides characterized by the presence of hypo pigmented patches as the sole manifestation of the disease.

It has been described almost always in young black or dark-skinned patients.

Thirty cases of this presentation have been reported, but only three cases in white patients have been described, one of whom had nodular lesions in addition to hypo pigmented patches and lymphadenopathy.

In this paper we describe a 52-year-old white man with hypo pigmented mycosis fungoides but without nodules or lymphadenopathy.

To our knowledge this will be the third case in the world and the first to be diagnosed so early in the white race.
