The goal of the research is to build an educational program in the art of drawing and digital design using the program (COREL DROW( And to measure their effectiveness in developing the artistic ability of the students of the Department of Art Education, the problem of research revealed the feasibility of building and applying this educational software to develop the knowledge bases and technical capabilities of students in the art of graphic design and digital design effectively by the imposition of two hypotheses indicate that ( There are no statistically significant hypotheses between the average scores of the experimental group and the average scores of the students in the control group in the post-application to test the foundations of drawing, digital design and technical capacity testing.

) The researcher has built educational software equipped with a compact disc that presents the content of the educational material with several effects and multimedia.

A number of tools were also designed, such as cognitive testing and skill testing.

In order to achieve the objectives of the empirical research, , The research community consisted of students of the fourth year - morning study in the Department of Art Education and the number of (120) students (40) students in each group.

After applying the statistical treatments on the students' grades in the post-application of the research tools, the study was conducted according to the usual method.

The study showed that there were statistically significant differences in the number of students in each group.
