Psychosis in sotos syndrome : a case report

A case report of a I S-y ear-old male suffering from Sotos Syndrome (cerebral gigantism) with psychosis is presented.

The possible aetiology and the risk individuals with such co-morbidity may pose, is discussed.

We recommend that patients with Sotos Syndrome who present with increased aggression be screened for psychotic symptoms and appropriately investigated and treated.
