The study aimed at identifying the impact of the strategies of managing the organizational conflict on the ethics of the administrative work of the heads of departments at al-Azhar University in Gaza from the viewpoint of the faculty members.

to achieve the objectives of the study, the quantitative approach was adopted, and a questionnaire was distributed as a study tool to (97) members of the teaching staff at al-Azhar university in Gaza.

among the most important results: the most used conflict management strategy is the cooperation strategy, followed by the compromise strategy, the appeasement strategy, then the avoidance strategy, and in the last place the domination strategy, and that the level of administrative work ethics among the sample members was high, and the results showed a statistically significant effect.
