This study aimed to examine the effect of job satisfaction and the job frustration on Organizational performance of government ministries in Ramallah and Al-Bireh.

To derive the study's findings and make appropriate suggestions, many statistical methods were used to classify the initial data obtained by the field research survey.

174 questionnaires were sent to employees of government ministries in Ramallah and Al-Bireh.

According to the results, employees of government ministries were dissatisfied with their employment.

It was also discovered that a large percentage of workers are frustrated with their employment, which has a negative effect on organizational performance.

Furthermore, the study recommended that the principle of organizational justice be implemented in all forms and types because it is the best way to eliminate the feeling of administrative frustration, provide honest competition and justice in wages, promotions and opportunities, away from the mediation and favoritism and kinship, friendship and Mutual benefit.
