The study aimed to clarify and to demonstrate the impact of the investment formulas on achieving the targets of al Baraka bank of Algeria, and the branches of Skikda and Annaba were taken as a sample for the study.

the study found that there is a statistically significant impact of compliance with shariah rules when applying financial investment formulas in achieving the targets of al Baraka bank of Algeria.
