E- Administration is one of the most important developments in the public administration.

This article deals with the role that played by this administration in activating the service provided to the citizens and the ability to control the bureaucracy, and most importantly improve transparency and accountability by improve administrative procedures.

Algerian experience to benefit from the information technology to get closer to citizens and improve the relationship with the local administration, it is not good as well enough that they can enhance transparency, to curb corruption and mitigating the negative effects of the bureaucracy.
