This study focuses on the problem of the organizational commitment that most institutions suffer as a result of changes and developments in the work environment، which are considered by the organizations as a constant concern.

Recent studies point to the importance of the concept of psychological capital as a modern concept that seeks to develop personality traits For individuals، and is concerned with the psychological and physical aspects where the studies pointed to the importance of not less than the traditional capital owned by any organization because it is based on a very important element، The problem of research is to ask: What is the impact of psychological capital on the organizational commitment on the employees of We and Vodafone? The researcher used psychological capital as an independent variable and its dimensions (self-efficacy, optimism, hope, resilience).

Organizational commitment as a dependent variable and its dimensions (effective commitment, continuing commitment، normative commitment)، and The study population consisted of (838), a simple random sample of (402) was withdrawn.

To achieve the objectives of the study, the group of hypotheses was tested based on descriptive statistics, multiple regression analysis، The results of the statistical analysis revealed a set of results، the most important of which is that there is a statistically significant effect of the psychological capital of its different dimensions in the organizational commitment at (0.05).
