The study aimed to identify the reality of the physical education lesson from the point of view of the founders of some private schools and the reasons for the decline in the physical education lesson and determine the methods for its advancement, and the researcher used the descriptive method in the survey method for its suitability to the nature of the research.

Forms containing several paragraphs related to the topic of the research were distributed after they were presented to the experts, and the period of implementing field research continued from the date of 11/11/2019 to 19/1/2020 and after collecting the forms, they were statistically treated, as the researcher reached There is a great weakness in the physical education study and a lack of provision of squares, playgrounds, equipment and sports tools, and that physical education is studied formally in most private schools because of the small buildings that these schools occupy, which are a role, and the researcher recommends the need to review the provision of squares and playgrounds and the examination of school buildings According to the conditions for granting the leave stipulated in the private education law, because of its positive impact on students, especially in those stages of study
