The study aimed to analyze the reality of the moral leadership of public secondary school principals in Hail, Saudi Arabia, from the teachers' point of view.

And determine whether there are statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) between the responses of the study sample members about the reality of ethical leadership due to the variables (gender, educational qualification, years of experience)? The study used the descriptive approach, and the questionnaire was used as a tool for collecting information, and the study found The degree to which secondary school principals in Hail region practice personal characteristics, administrative behaviours, and human relations came to a large degree from the teachers' point of view, and that there are statistically significant differences between the sample members due to the gender variable and in favor of females, while there are no statistically significant differences between The sample members attributed to the variables (educational qualification, years of experience), the study recommended the need to continue preparing and presenting training programs and workshops for school principals, teachers and administrators to clarify the principles of ethical leadership and the requirements for their application in educational work.
