The current study aims to identify the training needs of English language teachers in light of the use of blended learning from their point of view, and in order for this the researcher used a questionnaire to verify the objectives of the study, as the questionnaire included the study population consisting of all English language teachers in the schools of Sakaka city, whose age is (225) A teacher according to the education administration's statistics, and the study sample was chosen by stratified random method, with (97.2% ) English language teachers in the city of Sakaka, where the study sample reached (248) teachers, and the results showed that the level of training needs for English language teachers in light of the use of blended education From their point of view that the need is high, and the results indicated that there are no statistically significant differences at a significant level (∝≤0.05) in the responses of English language teachers towards the training needs required for them in light of the use of blended education depending on the variable stage and experience, and that in all The areas studied in the questionnaire include (personality traits, thinking patterns, specialized skills, coping skills, and interpersonal skills.
