The statutes of the civil service hi Algeria stipulate training as one of the general rights that commits the administration to perpetuate the training of civil servants and improve their level and renew their knowledge during their professional career, which is Why the special status of professor-researcher obliges the administration to organize continuous training cycles for the benefit of research professors in order to improve their level and develop their professional qualifications as well as upgrade their knowledge in the field of their activities for the research professor, training is considered to be of paramount importance, given that the teaching and research for which he or she is responsible are part of the public service’s mission, which involves providing up-to-date quality teaching, linked to the development of science, knowledge, technology and pedagogical and didactic means, which the training implies in order to achieve the objectives set by the State to guarantee quality at the levels of higher education and scientific research institutions through pedagogical support during the period of the trainee ship immediately after recruitment.
