The traditional mass media plays, specially the foreign news satellite channels with Arabic contents an effective role in supplying the university young guys with various information, especially in time the crises, revolutions, and wars, so the university young guys in a stage of the late teen from (18 - 21) on the other hand, in a process of adultness, they will be able use their way of thinking in getting information which they are supplied with, until they turn to be righteous in their societies, as a result societies will be improved in all aspects of life, locally and internationally altogether.

So to measure the reliability in mass media, therefore we have discovered so many dimensions to the concept of reliability which is identified by the accuracy, completeness, capability as well as covering the facts and factors without siding wrongly but balancing the coverage and justice as well as objectivity and independency with the reliability of the source as well as the media foundation.

The aim of the research The study aims mainly to make sure of the reliability of the foreign news channels which produce its contents in Arabic for the Iraqi- Saudi university students and the validity of their consciousness of the concept of the reliability of its published content.

This study depends on the survey method which will lead to figure out certain group of the Saudi - Iraqi university young guys (Male - female) (200 students) 100 for males and 100 for females from Saudis as well as for Iraqis.

Therefore we will use a survey journal for the certain group in order to achieve the aim of the study and its expectations for identifying the reliability of the foreign news channels which produce its contents in Arabic for the Saudi - Iraqi university young guys.

This study depends on dependency theory on mass media as well as the items which created the concept of reliability.

This study is one of the descriptive studies which shows the nature of exposing the Saudi - Iraqi university young guys to the foreign news channels which produce its content in Arabic language and the way of their consciousness of the reliability concept and its items, their evaluation to the reliability of what is published in these channels, on the other hand this study will depend on a random simple group from male- female who are 400 students.

200 from The Saudi A1 Hidod Al- Shamalya University, and the same for the students of Al- Iraqia University.
