This study aimed to uncover the jurisprudence of a great scholar of the Islamic nation, Imam Al-Juwayni, and his approach to scientific criteria for accepting or rejecting jurisprudential opinions, and the best method for responding to violators, understanding texts, and introducing the scientific methodology used in dialogue, discussion and responses to jurisprudential issues.

And to get acquainted with his general effort in this important field of knowledge, his detailed approach and procedures in his responses to the violators, and at the same time in it a statement of the error in weighting, transfer or direction that others have committed, as we learned through it the general approach of Al-Juwayni in discussing his opponents and responding to them, And to identify his own methods that he used in his jurisprudential responses, and developed a comprehensive understanding of the approach of Imam al-Juwaini in his jurisprudential responses to the violators within and outside the Shafi'i school, and to know the methods and methods that he used in these responses, their features and characteristics, as well as his detailed approach and tools in the dispute and his mechanisms used in response On his opponents, and to find out the jurisprudential issues that Imam Al-Juwayni denied to other jurists.
