The study attempted the role of employee's satisfaction in the relationship between social responsibility and excellence in the offers product and service companies.

The study purpose is to identify the relationship between social responsibility and excellence in this relationship, the study adopted on improbability sample.

The questionnaire were designed for data collect, a number of 354 questionnaires were distributed and 251 were retrieved, with a response rate of 71%, the Cornbrash Alpha were used to test the reliability analysis, the study model and hypothesis developments adopted on study literature, the study measured were developed and used path analysis, structural equation modelling.

The study findings revealed that relationship between dimensions of social responsibility and excellence in the offers product and service.

The study reached a positive relationship between social responsibility and employee's satisfaction.

The employees satisfaction partial mediate the relationship between social responsibility and excellence.

The study were discussed Based on study results and recommendations and suggestions for future studies.
