Corruption is a phenomenon that has accompanied human society since its early exiSience on the ground, and on its side was the phenomenon of righteousness, and the t',vo phenom ena are in continuous conflict, because one is like good and the other is like evil and the reform process Slops on the laws and principles eQablished by heaven whenever a person applies them, the earth will be, and whoever has justice and welfare in it, and when a person violates it, the earth will be in injuSiice and corruption.

In this research, we ktudy the phenomenon of righteousness and corruption through a change-reform project adopted by Muhammad al-Sadr at the political and social level in Iraq, and he considered and worked for it after his leadership of the Reference (higheSi religious authority) in 1993, as the project described in his legal description the conQitutional characteriQic of legislating Islamic provisions and applying them to build a good society and a jukt country, and to Siudy the topic, the research was divided into three sections , the firkt of which was devoted to show the scientific biography * of Muhammad al-Sadr represented by birth and scientific formation, as well as shedding light on the beginnings of political thought of Al-Sadr, and his leadership of the reference, while the second topic examined the theory of the change-reform project of al-Sadr.

We discussed political theory in Qatc building, Islamic law, and the legal and conQitutionaI formation of power * as well as political leadership and the jurisprudence ( Fiqh) of al-Sadr, while the third topic came to explain the change-reform project in its social depth with Muhammad al-Sadr, through the latter's methodology and rhetorical mechanisms that mobilized the Iraqi ktreet, through this speech which was presented by ektablishing Friday prayers in Iraq in 1997, which continued until his martyrdom in 1999.
