Ihc study dealt with the availability of the components of the application of the six-sigma method in Atbara cement factory, Ihe study problem is represented in the suffer of the factory from many problems including high costs, the large lovses in the industry, and delay in the orders, as the result of its use of undeveloped administrative methods, so the need of using modern methods such as six sigma.

The problem of the study is summarized in the following question: -What are the requirements for applying the six sigma methods at Atbara cement factory? Ihe study aimed to identify the availability of factors available in the factory to apply six sigma method in Atbara cement factory.

- The study tested the following hypothesis: The requirements for applying the six-sigma method arc available in Atbara ccmcnt factory.

The study used versatile methodologies, including statically, and analytic method, field study of Atbara cement factory, as well as used historical, deductive, inductive, and descriptive analytical method.

'Ihe study concluded with several results, the most important of which are: - 'Ihere is agreement by the member of the study sample on the availability of the administrative, human, technical and financial capabilities necessary to implement six sigma.

The study came out with many recommendations, the most important of which are: - Necessity of paying attention to the six sigma method, and emphasizing the applicaUon the six sigma method in Atbara cement factory due to the availability of application factors.
