However, ignorance, love of money and lack of trust in some employees made them take advantage of the job illegally, an issue that affect the Muslim community.

This research, therefore, addresses this problem and shows Muslim how to follow the path of Omar bin Al-Khattab (may God be pleased with him) in soul-searching, his children, wives, and how he was monitoring his governors and holding them accountable.

This piece research, then, concluded that Muslims should take Omar as a model, in soul-searching and not using the power of his position or job to gather money at the expense of his religion and integrity.

In addition, the employee must fear God – the Exalted, the Majestic-from being irresponsible, keep track on those working with him and express dissatisfaction with their transgressions.
