The world was confronted by many epidemics at the 21st century which were perceived and regarded as considerable threats given that they claimed lives of people and left behind profoundly felt demographic catastrophes diametrically which had ruthlessly adverse impact on the social, economic, urban and political levels for their perilous ramifications in terms of health and their rampage at hectic pace conducive to which were successive ripples of epidemics which are as dangerous as CORONA Virus (2019-2020) which is widely known as the growingly spread worldwide COVID PANADEMIC currently.

Significantly, enough, this paper aims at shedding light on the epidemics over the human history which resulted in considerable threat to millions of people which are still imposing great challenge on the countries national security in spite of the development of the health care at many developed and developing countries.

Of relevance, importance was accorded to Islam keenness on addressing the issue of treatment and curing by medications, health aspects and preserving the health of the environment generally from the prospective of self-preservation and maintaining the body which are basic necessities for its protection, combating diseases, microbes, parasites and methods of prevention, treatment, and the use of available means through the systematic and integrated approach of Islam.

Within this context the, study adopted the preventive Islamic approach within a range of Islamic guidelines of relevance to laying emphasis on the health of the environment in general and preserving it by means of prevention, protection, combating epidemics and diseases, and the intimate relationship between jurisprudence (Fiqh) and medicine.

Furthermore, the study also reached several results, the paramount of which are: The keenness on spreading a healthy culture in society through reducing the spread of infectious diseases and spurring societies to take preemptive action to prevent the spread of infection by and through cleanliness, the moral and sensory purity of the Muslim and by means of the allocation of health institutions to isolate those who are contacted infectious diseases through adopting the principle of quarantine until they recover and by means of the usage of the available means for treatment and recovery in cases of infectious diseases.

Eventually, the study recommended generating more studies and researches on infectious diseases and epidemics and to know the pathological causes of their emergence and rampage in different societies as well as obtaining more information related to the corona virus disease (2019-20).
