The present study concerns the analysis of mental functioning of 21 subjects with the Behcet disease trough the narration of stories as a response to the T.A.T.
The clininal wire-netting ofV.
Shentoub (1983) was the fundamental tool to point out the defensif ways used in the elaboration of the story.
The results enabled us to distinguish levels in the quality of the elaboration for each psychic functioning, to their mental capacities and, finally, to arrange them in compliance with the psychosomatic of P.
Marty.
الملخص FRE
Il s’agit de l’analyse du fonctionnement mental de 21 sujets présentant la maladie de Behcet à partir des récits produits en réaction au T.A.T (une technique projective thématique).
La grille clinique de V.
Shentoub (1983) a été l’instrument essentiel pour pointer les procédés défensifs employés dans l’élaboration du récit.
Les résultats ont permi de dégager des niveaux dans la qualité de l’élaboration propre à chaque fonctionnement psychique, de regrouper les sujets en fonction des capacités de mentalisation qu’ils présentent et enfin de les classer en se référant à la nosographie psychosomatique de P.
Marty.
