The study attempted to analyze the role of the ecosystem of the entrepreneurial accompaniment in the promotion of the entrepreneurial activity in Algeria.

Emphasis has been placed on the ecosystem of the accompaniment through the components related to organizations supporting entrepreneurship ( support structures).

The research concluded that despite the positive role played by the actors of the entrepreneurial ecosystem of support in promoting entrepreneurial activity in terms of the creation of small and medium-sized enterprises, a real dynamic of entrepreneurship remains to be perfected.

Depuis l'ouverture de l'économie nationale dans les années 90, l'Algérie développe une politique de soutien affirmée à l'entrepreneuriat, avec pour exemple la mise en place d'un cadre règlementaire régissant l'activité entrepreneuriale, des dispositifs et mesures d'appui à la création des PME et des structures d'appui et d'animation économique locale.

Ces différentes mesures ont permis la genèse d'un écosystème de l'accompagnement entrepreneurial constitué de plusieurs acteurs qui interviennent aux différents stades d'accompagnement et de création d'entreprises et l'évolution des projets.

L'étude a tenté d'analyser le rôle de l'écosystème de l'accompagnement entrepreneurial dans la promotion de l'activité entrepreneuriale en Algérie.

L'accent a été mis sur l'écosystème de l'accompagnement à travers les composantes liées aux structures d'appui et de soutien et d'accompagnement.

L'étude a conclu que malgré le rôle positif joué par les acteurs de l'écosystème entrepreneurial de l'accompagnement dans la promotion de l'activité entrepreneuriale en termes de création de petites et moyennes entreprises, le manque d'homogénéité et le manque d'intégration limitent la réalisation des objectifs souhaités, ce qui nécessite de reconsidérer le rôle des composantes L'écosystème de l'accompagnement entrepreneurial et l'activation de toutes les parties et entités à travers une politique globale impliquant tous les acteurs.

ABSTRACT Since the opening of the national economy in the 1990, Algeria has been developing a policy and programs of assertive support for entrepreneurship, with the example of setting up a regulatory framework governing entrepreneurial activity, support measures of the creation of small and medium enterprises and support structures and local economic animation.

These various mechanisms have led to the creation of an ecosystem of entrepreneurial accompaniment consisting of several actors who intervene at different stages of support and creation of companies and the evolution of projects.
