Investments, especially international, are exposed to exchange rate risks, as these risks affect the prices of securities priced in local currency when converted into foreign currencies, which calls for investors to consider these risks when choosing their investment assets.

The research aims to analyze returns and risks.

Shares of companies listed within the selected indicators in their basic currency and the creation of statistical tests, and to achieve the research goal, (20) companies listed in two financial markets were taken for a period of (52) weeks, the period extended from (1/7/2019) to (30/6/2020).

The research reached a set of conclusions, the most prominent of which are those that proved the results of the research that showed the results of the statistical test that there was no statistically significant effect of the risks of exchange rates of different currencies against the dollar on the returns of the companies' shares in the research sample, but the results of the statistical test showed a significant significant effect.
