The field of health has made enormous progress especially since the new definition of health given by the World Health Organization and which takes into account biological, psychological and social factors in the explanation of health and disease.
We tried in this article to present two of these factors which are emotions and their regulation as well as psychological stress and coping, through three axes; the first concerns emotions and their regulation, the second concerns psychological stress and coping strategies, and finally, the third where we tried to discuss the relationship between these concepts.

Le domaine de la santé a fait d'énormes progrès depuis la nouvelle définition de la santé, donnée par l'Organisation Mondiale de la Santé, et qui prend en considération des facteurs biologiques, psychologiques et sociaux dans l'explication de la santé et la maladie.
Nous avons tenté dans cet article de présenter deux de ces facteurs qui sont les émotions et leur régulation ainsi que le stress psychologique et le coping, cela à travers trois axes; le premier concerne les émotions et leur régulation, le second concerne le stress psychologique et le coping, enfin, le troisième ou nous avons tenté de discuter le lien existant entre ces concepts
