This article presents a comprehensive and overview of the evolution of Weibull distribution of old and recent, through the review of the most important formulas to extended model function and parameters of the Weibull distribution, in addition to the facilities provided by different formulas, in addition to the facilities offered by these new formulas.

it has been investigated that the new model has functions that contribute to responding to many of the issues raised in the sensing of failure function and reliability function-as a motivation, the statistical applications of the results based on investigates reliability properties of a flexible extended Weibull family of distributions and the mathematical properties including fitting with parameters estimation is discussed, and providing the facilitative space for the possible choice available through the Weibull model function formula.
