This research studies an important issue of the science of wound an modification which is theissue of the criteria of justice and and rate, in order to familiarize with the characteristics of the wounded person whose wound is considered by hadith scholars so as not to be under the illusion that everyone who spoke about men listens to his words, but the matter is delimited to his family and one of the most important questions in this research what they considered conditions in the success and the non-considered conditions in the success and rate? What are the etiquette of the wounded and the rate? One of the most important findings that I reached is that the science of wounding and modification occupies a leading position in the science of the Sunnah of the prophet, as there is no value for what the narrators narrate.
