in spite of the contrast of sharia sciences in that role, the Qur’anic sciences come at the forefront of the service of Da’wah, witnessed by the history of the noble Da’wah since the first generation.

this research aims to clarify the role of the ottoman collection of the holy Qur'an in serving the Da’wah and eliminating evil, as well as achieving the saying in the statement of the ottoman collection in accordance with the intention of Othman, may god be pleased with him, the reformist of the collection, as it aims to analyze the procedures of the work of our master Uthman, may god be pleased with him in warding off sedition and addressing the conflict, and also to find out the reformist effects produced by the ottoman collection, and used in the research the inductive-analytical method deductive reasoning, and the research concluded that the ottoman collection is a great veil and one of the virtues of our master Uthman, may god be pleased with him, over the eternal nation; as it suffices that among its fruits is the unification of Muslims in the book of their lord, and its preservation for them from change and removal over the course of time, as well as the awareness of Othman, may god be pleased with him, of the danger of conflict and disagreement in the noble Qur'an, which led him to choose the most appropriate procedures for reform, by employing what people had in writing the Qur'an; so that it would be the strongest guarantee in their submission and their satisfaction with it, and this is from the perfection of his reformist acumen, and from what the research concluded is that the developments of times and the change of their conditions necessitate the appropriateness of reformist methods to achieve their success; which was manifested in the therapeutic character that Othman gave to the collection of those who preceded him, when he determined the written approach and then spread the Qur'an among the people and burned everything else.
