الملخص العربي

في هذه الأيام، يعتبر تخفيض المصاريف الأولوية الأولى لدى المؤسسات والمصانع من أجل زيادة الارباح و البقاء على العرش داخل السوق المحلى أو العالمي عن طريق زيادة الانتاجية و الكفاءة من خلال تطبيق أنظمة الصيانة الوقائية، لذالك أصبح الحفاظ على عمل خطوط الإنتاج والآلات بأعلى مصداقية وكفاءة هو محور التركيز .

هذه الحالة الدراسية، التي اجريت داخل مصنع مياه الشرب المعبأة من اجل الاستقصاء عن خسائر مصاريف العمليات المتعلقة بالتوقفات غير المبرمجة الناتجة من قلة الصيانة الوقائية، تبين تحليل تنبئي للبيانات التجريبية و بيانات الفترات السابقة من اجل التنبئ بتأثير الصيانة الوقائية على مصاريف العمليات الانتاجية.

النتائج الرئيسية الناتجة من تحليل خسائر التوقفات غير المبرمجة كخسائر الطاقة خسائر الانتاج، خسائر الموارد البشرية خسائر المواد الأولية و خسائر قطع الغيار تلخصت في تخفيض ما نسبتهوا 4.2 % من مجموع مصاريف اسهلاك الطاقة الكلي، 17 % من خسائر ارباح كميات ا الإنتاج، 51 % من مصاريف استهلاك قطع الغيار، وأستغلال 15 % من مصاريف العمالة بالإضافة إلى 0.27 % من خسائر المواد الأولية، أي بمعنى آخر سوف يتم تخفيض 24 % من كامل مصاريف الإنتاج من خلال تطبيق الصيانة الوقائية.

من أجل تحقيق المزايا التنافسية، يجب على الشركات الاستثمار في الصيانة الوقائية بالإضافة إلى تطبيق أنظمتها من اجل التقليل من التوقفات غير المبرمجة.

الملخص الإنجليزي

Nowadays, cost optimization and reduction considered as the first priority of the organizations and the plants in order to increase the profitability and to be at the top of the markets by increasing the productivity and the operations efficiency by applying an efficient preventive maintenance therefore, maintain the operation lines and the machines processing at high reliability and performance became the central focus of interest.

This case study, that has been done in bottled drinking waters plant to investigate the operational unplanned stoppages costs losses and products losses due to lack of preventive maintenance, presents predictive analysis of historical and empirical data in order to predict the effect of preventive maintenance on the operation losses.

The main results of analyzing the downtimes losses such as total Energy consumption cost losses, total Labor Costs Losses, production cost losses, raw materials costs losses and total technical Failures spare parts Cost losses achieved in that the applying an effective preventive maintenance will reduce 4.2 % from the total energy consumption, 17 % of the total production profit, 51 % of the total technical spare parts costs, 15 % of the labor costs and 0.27 % of the row materials.

In other words, 24 % of the total production costs will be reduced.

To achieve competitive advantages, companies should Invest on the preventive maintenance, in addition to apply the maintenance tactics in order to reduce the unplanned stoppages.
