الملخص EN

The objectives of this research are multiple; first, we will establish a solid theoretical basis using the academic literature to identify the risks that insurance companies are facing.

Then, we will clarify that the concept of risk management is based on the three pillars of the European Solvency 2 directive, whether through the quantitative requirements of pillar 1, in terms of governance of pillar 2, or the expected reporting towards the regulator and the public of pillar 3.

Finally, we will propose a framework leading to the establishment of the risk management system within the Algerian insurance companies.

الملخص FRE

Les objectifs de ce travail de recherche sont multiples, tout d'abord, nous allons chercher à établir un ancrage théorique solide à l'aide de la littérature académique pour identifier les risques auxquels les compagnies d'assurance sont confrontées.

Ensuite, nous allons préciser que la notion de gestion des risques se base sur les trois piliers de la directive Européenne Solvabilité 2, que ce soit à travers des exigences quantitatives du pilier 1, en matière de gouvernance du pilier 2, ou du reporting attendu vers le régulateur et le grand public du pilier 3.

Enfin, nous allons proposer un cadre amenant la mise en place du système de gestion des risques au sein des compagnies d'assurance Algériennes.
