الملخص العربي

هدفت الدراسة إلى تحليل بعدي الصراع والتسوية من وجهة نظر ورؤى التنظيمات الفلسطينية فتح الجبهة الشعبية لتحرير فلسطين "حماس" في مواجهة الكيان المحتل "إسرائيل"، وإعادة تقييم الحركة الوطنية الفلسطينية، وذلك خلال الفترة الزمنية من أوسلو وحتى صفقة القرن إلى موقعها عربيا ودوليا، وبالإستناد إلى حق تقرير المصير، وقد بنيت هذه الدراسة على سؤال رئيسي مضمونه ما رؤية تنظيمات المقاومة الفلسطينية لقضيتي الصراع والتسوية مع إسرائيل من أوسلو إلى صفقة القرن دراسة مقارنة: فتح، الجبهة الشعبية لتحرير فلسطين، حماس؟ وقد تم استخدام مجموعة من المناهج الأكاديمية الرصينة الأساسية بما فيها المنهجين التاريخي والقانوني وتم أيضاً استخدام المنهج المقارن وهو المنهج الذي يقوم عليه جوهر الدراسة؛ ومنهج تحليل الجماعة فالتنظيمات الفلسطينية تعبر عن جماعات سياسية وطنية، بالإضافة إلى منهج صنع القرار لتسليط الضوء على العوامل التي شكلت توجيهات التنظيمات في تبني خياراتها في حل وإدارة الصراع الفلسطيني الإسرائيلي.

وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن ما يحدث في الساحة الفلسطينية لا ينم عن أزمة هوية وطنية وإنما أزمة حركة وطنية، فقد فقدت التنظيمات الفلسطينية الإستراتيجية الحقيقية المحركة لها وقفزت عن أهدافها الأولى نحو مكتسبات وفرص سياسية ومصلحية.

كما توصي الدراسة بإعادة ترميم البيت الداخلي الفلسطيني منظمة التحرير الفلسطيني" وإعادة الإعتبار لها بوصفها جبهة وطنية موحدة تعبر عن جميع التنظيمات والقوى الفلسطينية، وإعادة رأب صدع الشفاق الفلسطيني الداخلي كونه أساس الوحدة والقوة الفلسطينية

This study aims to spot the light on the tow dimensions of both "Conflict & Settlement" with Israel from Oslo Accords to the Deal of Century using the Analytical Approach of the various visions of the three main Palestinian Resistance Organizations (Fateh, Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine, and Hamas).

The visions of these three organizations in confrontation the Occupying Entity (Israel) is the raw material of this study in addition to the revaluation of the National Palestinian Movements during the period from Oslo Accords till the appearance of the Deal of Century.

The study is aiming also to identify the location of the National Palestinian Movement on both the International and Arabic Areas depending on the principle of Self Determination Right.

Therefore, the study was based on the following question: What are the visions of the Palestinian Resistance Organizations toward the conflict & settlement with Israel during the years from Oslo Accords to the Deal of Century? "Comparative Study : Fateh, Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine, and Hamas".

More than one academic curriculum has been used in order to reach accurate results and recommendations.

Historical, Legal and Comparative curriculas represent the solid base of the Main Essence of this study.

In Addition, the Analytical Curricula of the group organization has been adapted as the Palestinian Organizations represent many national political groups.

But as the curricula of the Decision Making.

This curriculum has been used too for the purpose of spotting the light on the full set of factors which contribute in formation of the Orientation Determination for these organizations in the process of Differentation between the avialble alternatives.

The study reached the conclusion that the there's a real inside crisis between these three major organizations who are leading the Palestinian Political Powers, in addition to the fact that there's no crisis related to the Palestinian National Identity.

The Palestinian Organizations lost their own long-term Strategy, meanwhile they jumped on that strategy for hunting many simple politica achievements and opportunities.

By falling in this mistake, these organizations lost the motivation of their policies and programs.

By the end of this study, the researcher recommends to concentrate on the enovation of the Palestinian Home (The Palestinian Liberation Organization, PLO) and reconsider it as the United National Front who represent all the Palestinian Organizations & influence powers on the Palestinian, Arabic and Regional Areas.

This will certainly require the renovation of the Interior Palestinian Home as it's the major basic of unity & power of the Palestinian People.
