The aim of the research is to identify the effectiveness of the quality of the management of supervisory meetings for the supervisors of sports and school activities from the point of view of physical education teachers in Baghdad.

/2 There are (3000) teachers, and the researcher chose a random sample of (10% ) from the research community, specifically in middle schools for the academic year (2020-2021).

The research sample amounted to (300) teachers, and the researcher concluded that the lack of interest in the basic aspects For scientific research and reliance on traditional methods in raising topics during meetings and not paying attention to the psychological issues of teachers and thus leads to not gaining their affection and using incentives and encouragement for teachers in a small and ineffective way and not paying attention to using the new methods in education, and the researcher recommends the need to choose the best of sports supervisors, especially when they hold meetings With teachers, choosing the best of them, and recording everything that happens in the meetings from useful proposals and discussions that reflect the work of the meeting Learn correctly and the necessity of conducting workshops and strengthening courses for supervisors on how to manage meetings as required.
