The aim of the research is to reveal the differences between the pre and post tests of the two experimental groups in learning technical performance and the level of achievement by pushing weight.

The researcher used the experimental method by following the test (pre- and post-test) for the two equal groups in order to suit the nature of the problem and achieve the objectives of the research.

The research was chosen in a simple random way, and their number was (18) students for the group that used educational video technology (18) students for the group that used wall stickers, and thus the number of the main research sample (36) and the pilot experiment sample (10) students, and the statistical bag was used (SPSS) for the purpose of data processing.

The most important conclusions are the effectiveness of using educational techniques in learning artistic performance and the level of achievement by pushing weight.

And the presence of significant differences between the pre and post tests of the two experimental groups in learning artistic performance and the level of achievement by pushing weight and in favor of the post test, as well as the superiority of the first experimental group that used educational video technology over the second experimental group that used the technique of wall stickers in the post test in learning technical performance and the level of achievement by pushing weight.

The researcher recommended the need to use educational video technology and wall posters in teaching athletics activities in particular and the rest of the games in general, and the need to pay attention to the establishment and design of scientific laboratories, which include all the different educational techniques in the faculties of physical education to be used in preparing the student, and to conduct studies and research on different activities using the techniques educational and compare its results with the result of this study
