الملخص العربي

تهدف هذه الدراسة لاختبار أثر إدارة المشتريات على الأداء التنظيمي في شركات الأدوية الأردنية، و ذلك من خلال قراءة متعمقة للدراسات السابقة من اجل صياغة فرضيات الدراسة، و ايضا من خلال الاشارة الى اثر ادارة المشتريات على الاداء التنظيمي في شركات الادوية الأردنية.

يتكون مجتمع الدراسة من العاملين في المستويات الادارية في شركات الادوية الأردنية مدير عام نائب مدير رئيس قسم و رئيس شعبة).

و قد لجأت الباحثة لاختيار عينات من كلا الجنسين و ذلك باستخدام اسلوب الحصر الشامل لاخذ العينات من جميع شركات الادويه الأردنية المسجلة لدى الجمعية الأردنية لمصنعي الادوية (JAMP) و البالغ عددها 12 شركة و ذلك من خلال إعداد و توزيع استبيان تم توزيعه على 159 كان منها 150 صالحة للتحليل تمثل نسبة استجابة مقدارها %94.3.

و تم اختبار ادوات القياس المستخدمة و التحقق منها مسبقا و تم فحص البيانات و الفرضيات من أجل التحليل الإحصائي باستخدام أساليب الإحصاء الوصفي والتحليلي و ذلك باستخدام الرزمة الإحصائية (SPSS) للبيانات التي تم الحصول عليها.

أظهرت نتائج هذه الدراسة أن ادارة المشتريات متمثلة بإبعادها (التخطيط للمشتريات و تحديد كمية الطلبات و اختيار الموردين و التفاوض مع الموردين) لها تأثير كبير على الأداء التنظيمي في شركات الأدوية الأردنية.

و قد أوصت الدراسة بزيادة وعي الموظفين بأهمية إدارة المشتريات و تأثيرها على الشركة من خلال عقد دورات تدريبية بالإضافة إلى إجراء المزيد من البحوث المماثلة على القطاعات المختلفة في الأردن للاستفادة من النتائج وتعميم توصياتها.

الملخص الإنجليزي

This study aims to identify and determine the impact of procurement management on the organizational performance in the Jordanian Pharmaceutical companies.

Through an in-depth reading of the previous literature in order to formulate the hypotheses of the study, by pointing to the impact of procurement management on the organizational in the Pharmaceutical companies in Jordan.

The study population consists of the managerial levels in the Jordanian Pharmaceutical companies (general managers, deputy managers, head of departments and head of divisions).

The study sample used by the researcher was a comprehensive sampling method ,its included all the study population from all 12 pharmaceutical companies registered with the Jordanian Association of Pharmaceutical manufacturers (JAMP), by preparing and distributing a questionnaire, which was distributed to 159 with a total response of 150 in Jordan with representing rate of 94.3% , the measuring instrument used were previously tested and validated ,and the data and the hypotheses was checked and for statistical analysis uses descriptive and analytical statistics methods, using the statistical package (SPSS) to the obtained data.

The results showed that procurement management presented by the functions (procurement planning, Order quantification, suppliers Selection, negotiating with suppliers), have a significant impacts on organizational performance , The study has been recommended to Increase the employees' awareness of the importance of procurement management and its effects on the company by holding training courses in addition to doing more similar research on different sectors in Jordan to benefit from the results and generalize its recommendations.
