This research aims to identifying the role “Strategic Thinking” through its five dimensions of (Systems Perspective, Intent Focused, Thinking in Time, Seizing Intelligent Opportunism, Hypothesis Driven) in strengthening “Strategic Supremacy” by its described dimensions (The Sphere of Influence, Competitive Configuration, Competitive Compression), and building a hypothetical model that expresses the relationships between the two research variables and the directions of their influence and testing.

In order to determine the reality of the relationship and the impact between the variables involved in research and the importance of research, the possibility of strengthening the strategic supremacy of private universities when applying the current research model.

Based on the hypothetical scheme, two main hypotheses have been developed, and the descriptive analytical approach has been adopted, as its data were collected by the questionnaire specified with methods and arbitrators, and it was distributed to a sample of (200) people, and it was distributed to a sample of universities.

(141) a valid questionnaire, with a response rate of (70.5% ).

The data was statistically processed by the software program (SPSS: V.26), and (AMOS: 24), To infer percentages, Frequencies, Mediator, Term, Coefficient of Variation and Relative Importance Index, in addition to research hypotheses tests included: simple and multiple correlation coefficient to identify correlations between search variables at the macro and partial level, and simple linear decline to identify the impact independent variables and their dimensions in the adopted variableThe search results showed the following: The existence of a statistically significant correlation of strategic thinking and strategic supremacy at the overall level of the responding sample, The existence of a statistically significant effect of strategic thinking on strategic supremacy at the overall level of the responding sample.

Finally, the research concluded with a number of proposals for research universities, the most important of which are: exploiting the correlations and positive influence between strategic thinking and strategic sovereignty to contribute to strategic supremacy.
