This study seeks to examine the relationship between ethical leadership and corporate social responsibility.

, The study was applied to Halliburton Company in Saudi Arabia, Data collected from a sample of 48 managers and 167 employees, the results of the study showed that there is a significant relationship between ethical leadership and corporate social responsibility.

The study recommended that in order to increase and improve corporate social responsibly, leaders need to improve themselves in the ethical leadership dimensions that include people orientation, power sharing, and fairness, concern for sustainability, ethical guidance and integrity.
