The purpose of this study aims to build a measure of short-term kinetic memory for secondary school students in Damietta Governorate, through: Identifying the effect of learning fixation on short-term motor memory for secondary school students in Damietta Governorate.

Identifying the effect of fixing learning on the level of skill and digital performance of shot put competitions for secondary school students in Damietta Governorate .Identifying the relationship between the components of short-term motor memory and the level of skill and numerical performance for the shot put competition for secondary school students in Damietta Governorate.

In order to conduct this study, the researcher used the experimental method, the tribal and remote design for one experimental group, due to its relevance to the nature of the research, and the research sample was randomly selected from the classes of the first year of secondary school at (Abu Bakr Al-Siddiq Joint Secondary School) New Damietta Administration in Damietta Governorate for the academic year 2020/2021.

The most important results were the proposed program to stabilize learning positively affects the components of short term kinetic memory for secondary school students in Damietta Governorate.

The measure used for short-term kinetic memory is valid in measuring the components of short-term kinetic memory for secondary school students in Damietta Governorate.

There is a statistically significant correlation between the components of kinetic memory Short term and the level of skill and numerical performance to push the shot for secondary school students, there are statistically significant differences between the research measurements in favor of the post measurement in the components of short-term motor memory.
