Although satellites play a great positive role in serving the international community at the various levels, they might, at the same time, trigger harmful activities.

These harmful activities breach codes of the international law, leading to international liability.

Moreover, some satellite activities can be legal by themselves, yet their applications might trigger some damages, which also trigger international liability due to the damages of experiencing these activities.

On this basis, this study addresses the most important satellite activities which trigger international liability, its legal basis and consequences of international liability.
