In this work, the researchers sought to show the role of jurisprudence rules in protecting endowment and to explain their effect in preserving its origin, which is the most important aim of the study.

The article starts by introducing the related topics, which are divided into two themes.

The first theme sheds light on the means of protecting endowment, including the process it undergoes and how the jurisprudential rules based on interest and passed through the jurisprudence of money helped to ensure the integrity of the endowment’s origin from the passage of time.

The study adhered closely to jurisprudential rules while favoring dependent requirements against original requirements.

As for the second topic, it concerns the means of protecting endowment when it is subjected to extinction, which is based on jurisprudential rules based on the opening of pretexts, which attest to the prioritization of the favorable interest over potential abuse.

The implementation of the jurisprudence rules in favoring the legitimate intentions of the endowment over the means was a prominent undertaking of the research.
