This study at aimed at investigation the accuracy of the item parameters when using two cases of the three logistic model.

data was generated for tow tests one with (25) items, and the other with (50) items and tow samples of (500) examined and (1500) which were tested using the data generation program using the (Wingen) program, the bilog-mg program was used to obtain items of difficulty, discrimination and guessing.

the statistical package of social sciences was used to investigate the significance of the differences between the estimated values according to the variables of the study.

the results of the study showed there were differences in the mean arithmetic mean of square root index of the average square error in estimating the parameter and the corresponding standard deviations in the case of the different logistic models used depending on the size of the sample generated data and the number of test items.

and the absence of significant differences in the average square room of the average error in the estimation of the parameter of discrimination depending on the number of items, the interaction between the model and the number of items, and the interaction between the size of the sample and the number of items, and the triangular interaction between the model and sample size and number of items.

also results showed absence of statistically significant differences in the relaibility estimates when using the three logistic model between the two tests (500 subjects and 1.500 subjects) when the number of items per test was equal.
