Rumors are spread everywhere and anytime, as they are considered one of the most dangerous deadly weapons in human societies, and the means of modern technology have emerged recently as an incubator for rumors on the Internet, and youth face many challenges, foremost among which is intellectual security, especially after the tremendous development of modern technology, which increases openness, and the misleading ideas it broadcasts that youth question many of their beliefs and constants, so the current study aimed to Determine the relationship between electronic rumors and the stability of intellectual security of youth And that is by relying on the comprehensive social survey method for the youth members of the General Assembly at the Youth Center of Faqous City, the Eastern Province, and they number (320) The comprehensive social survey of the social workers working in the Department of Youth and Sports at the Faqous Oriental Center, numbering (22) social workers.

The results indicated the impact of electronic rumors on the intellectual security of young people, through the weakness of the motive for belonging to the country, the weak motivation for community participation, and the low level of moderation and moderation among youth.
