A Tablet Intelligent Instructional System is given in this research.

This tablet intelligent instructional system intends to apply intelligent instructional technology within educational institutions by building intelligent instructional system that is easy to use and comprehensive for all students and teachers through an adaptive system, where the student studies according to his preferences and what is appropriate.

It aims to facilitate the educational process, work effectively with students and teachers at all levels, obtain scientific material faster and increase academic achievement in biology in particular.

This proposed tablet intelligent instructional system includes fife steps: submission to the measure, explain, unsolved example, correct or incorrect feedback, the last exam.

The system composed of four models: student model, expert model, teaching model, and interaction model
