The current research aims at diagnosing innovation in the types expressed (product innovation, process innovation, marketing innovation, management innovation) among the leaders of the Badush Cement Factory, and the questionnaire was adopted as a main tool for data collection, and the statistical program (SPSSV.25) was relied on for the purpose of analyzing the data collected from A sample of (100) respondents from the senior and middle administrative leaders in the field investigated, through several descriptive and analytical statistical methods, and in the light of the statistical results, a set of conclusions was reached that confirm the availability of these types and at high levels among the leaders of the field in question, and the research presented a set of recommendations Which emphasizes the need to enhance the possession of these species and work to adopt them by the leaders of the field in question in order to achieve its goals.
