More than a research work, this paper is a plan of action.

It deals with one of the most preponderant questions in didactics, that of the training of teachers in FOS.

In the Algerian context, FOS education is becoming more and more a necessity.

The training of teachers then arises as a problem: the definition of content and curricula must be carefully studied in order to guarantee effective teaching, which meets both the expectations of the students and those of the socio-cultural context of the country.

We propose to define a benchmark for these teachers; an instrument which defines the skills required for any FOS teacher whatever the socio-cultural context in which he will exercise his profession

الملخص FRE

Plus qu’une simple recherche de terrain, le présent travail est un plan d’action.

Il traite une des questions les plus prépondérantes en didactique, celle la formation des enseignants en FOS.

Dans le contexte algérien, l’enseignement FOS devient de plus en plus une nécessité.

La formation des enseignants se pose alors comme problématique : la définition des contenus et des cursus doit être étudiée soigneusement afin de garantir un enseignement efficace, qui répond aussi bien aux attentes des étudiants qu’à celles du contexte socioculturel du pays.

Nous nous proposons à la définition d’un référentiel pour ces enseignants, un instrument qui défini les compétences requises pour tout enseignant FOS quel que soit le contexte socioculturel dans lequel il exercera son métier
