The objective of the article is to analyze the indicators of hospital productivity, to ensure the quality of service and care management.

Indeed, if the situation of public hospitals has deteriorated, it is because of the inadequacy of its organization in the face of the socio-economic crises that our country has experienced.

The advantage of using management control is to analyze the achievement of the objectives pursued and the actions to be taken.

In this sense, the management control of productivity indicators is important to guarantee the quality of services and care.

The result of the empirical study showed the importance of certain indicators of hospital productivity for the good governance of the establishment
