But at thepresent time, we find that there is a gap betweenthe theoretical side that is found in the books ofassets and the application side on the legal texts, so it remained difficult for many students ofknowledge, so I wanted to break into this field, addressing a part of the fundamentals of jurisprudence, which is: the issue of «specializationof the year», so I presented her fundamentalistThen I went to apply it to the legal texts, so mychoice fell on Surat An-Nisa, and the researchcame out with the title: «The Specification of theGeneral and its Applications in Surat An-Nisa, »and this research can be summarized by the followingpoints: 1- The general has words and structuresthrough which it can be known, and other thanthem the pronunciation is special.2- The year from which some individualsmay leave, and this is called the «special year, »and the evidence for that year is called «the allotmentguide» or «the allotted one.
