The main purpose of this study is to study the impact of tax incentives on the mobilization of state tax resources, in using the autoregressive distributed time deceleration (ARDL) model.

many tax incentives help to attract investment, not paying the tax or reducing its rate helps reduce the taxpayer's tax burden compared to what it is leads to a broadening of the tax base.

from this point of view, first of all, Algeria has paid great attention to its incentive policy by setting up the regularities of the reforms of its tax system to stimulate investment projects.

it is generally found that despite the application of these procedures, the results remained very modest compared to the expected results, and this was made clear by the results.

الملخص الفرنسي

L'objet principal de cette étude est d'étudier l'impact des incitations fiscales sur la mobilisation des ressources fiscales de l'état, en utilisant le modèle autorégressive Distributed time décélération (ARDL).

de nombreux incitatifs fiscaux contribuent à attirer les investissements, le fait de ne pas payer la taxe ou de réduire son taux contribue à réduire la charge fiscale du contribuable par rapport à ce qu'il est conduit à l'élargissement de l'assiette fiscale.

de ce point de vue, d'abord l’Algérie est portée une grande attention à sa politique incitative par la mise en place des régularités des réformes de son régime fiscal pour stimuler les projets d'investissement.

il est généralement constaté que malgré l'application de ces procédures, les résultats sont restés très modestes par rapport aux résultats attendus, et c'est ce qui a été précisé par les résultats.
