Foreign trade is an essential element in the development of an economy, but any commercial operation is confronted with several risks which differ according to their nature.
in order to face these risks, the use of insurance is essential to ensure the security of companies and to compensate for the damages that occur.
the purpose of our work is to highlight the importance of insurance in the management of commercial risks.
in Algeria, this role is assigned to CAGEX, which provides its policyholders with various types of policies such as credit insurance to cover and compensate for the losses faced by companies.

Le commerce extérieur est un élément essentiel dans le développement d’une économie, mais toute opération commerciale est confrontée à plusieurs risques qui diffèrent selon leur nature.
pour faire face à ces risques, le recours à l’assurance est primordial afin d’assurer la sécurité des entreprises et d’indemniser les dommages survenus.
l’objet de notre travail est de faire ressortir l’importance que joue l’assurance dans la gestion des risques commerciaux.
en Algérie ce rôle est attribué à la CAGEX qui met à la disposition de ses assurés différents types de polices telle que l’assurance-crédit afin de couvrir et indemniser les sinistres auxquels font face les entreprises.
