Digitization appears to be one of the most significant and reliable mechanisms and processes to represent effective transparency in the management of industrial estate.

the implementation of a digitalized process for the organizations governing industrial activities, in particular that of industrial estate management; using new information and communication technologies, guaranties good communication and access to the different data related to industrial estate, which are essential constituents of transparency and good governance.

in Algeria, promoting for information and communication technologies to be adopted by public services, the Algerian legislator has referred to the integration of these technologies in all laws and regulations relating to industrial estate.

however, the institutions in charge of estate management have not yet implemented any systems or tools in this regard.

in the process of applying digitalization in the field of industrial estate management in Algeria, it is necessary to get recourse to the most consistent and practical mechanisms in order to ensure quality management with operative transparency.

this study seeks to determine the impact of digitalization and the integration of the NTIC in the management of the industrial estate on the realization of transparency.

La digitalisation apparaît comme l'un des mécanismes les plus importants et les plus fiables pour instaurer une transparence effective dans la gestion du foncier industriel.

la mise en place d'un processus de digitalisation des principaux dispositifs régissant les activités industrielles, notamment celui de la gestion du foncier industriel, en recourant aux nouvelles technologies de l'information et de la communication, garantit une bonne communication et accessibilité aux différentes informations relatives au foncier industriel.

ces derniers sont des composants essentiels de la transparence et de la bonne gouvernance.

le législateur Algérien a fait référence à l'intégration des NTIC dans toutes les lois et réglementations relatives au foncier industriel.

autrement dit, il s'agit de promouvoir ces technologies au profit des services publiques.

cependant, les institutions chargées de la gestion du foncier n'ont pas encore mis en œuvre des systèmes ou des outils dans ce sens.

en application du processus de digitalisation dans le domaine de la gestion du foncier industriel en Algérie, il nous semble nécessaire de miser sur les mécanismes les plus fiables et pratiques afin d'assurer une gestion de qualité avec une transparence effective.

cette étude, cherche à déterminer l'impact de la digitalisation et l'intégration des NTIC dans la gestion du foncier industriel en Algérie et sur la concrétisation de la transparence.
